Ingredients

For the test:

• wheat flour - 620 g,

• sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons,

• drinking water - 1 glass,

• butter - 1 tbsp. a spoon,

• vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon,

• tomato sauce "Chili" - 4 tbsp. spoons,

• powdered yeast - 18 g,

• salt - 1 tsp.

For filling:

• fresh tomato puree - 0.5 l,

• canned anchovy fillet - 100 g,

• crab meat - 300 g,

• canned green peas - 100 g,

• pickled mushrooms - 100 g,

• canned green olives with peppers - 1 glass,

• grated Dutch cheese - 350 g,

• fresh ripe tomatoes - 2 pcs.,

• oregano - 0.5 tsp,

• salt - 1 tsp.

For the sauce:

• Provencal mayonnaise - 0.5 cups,

• freshly squeezed lemon juice - 1 tsp,

• spices to taste.

Cooking method

Dissolve yeast in 0.5 cups of warm water, add sugar and mix. Leave in a warm place for 40 minutes. In a separate container, combine the tomato sauce, butter dissolved in a water bath, vegetable oil, the remaining water and salt, add yeast and beat with a mixer, adding flour a little. Knead the finished dough with your hands until smooth, cover with a napkin and leave warm for 30 minutes. Then divide it into six equal parts, roll them into tortillas and place on a greased baking sheet.

Spread the tomato puree evenly over the cakes, sprinkle with oregano and salt, then lay out finely chopped fish fillets, crab meat, mushrooms, green peas, thin slices of tomatoes and olives in layers, put grated cheese on top and level the surface. Bake pizza in a preheated oven at medium temperature. Mix mayonnaise with lemon juice and spices, put in a gravy boat and serve along with sliced ​​pizza pieces.
